This project was a challenging one. The homeowner wanted to remove the old pergola he constructed several years ago and replace it with a 36′ deep x 16′ wide custom wood-framed gable-designed patio cover, brick columns, pine tongue and groove ceiling, stamped overlay floor, ceiling fans, recessed lights, and speakers. The engineering was completed by PE Squared Engineering to satisfy all local wind codes and it was permitted with the city of Houston. We completed the project in a very reasonable amount of time and for the quoted price. The Echevarria’s now have a beautiful patio space to entertain guests and simply enjoy life!!

“David did my patio cover project. I provided him a general idea of what I had in mind and he helped me finish the design details. It was a complicated 36 ft long gable roof system including stained pine wood ceiling, brick columns and stamped concrete floor. His team behaved respectfully and polite looking to please the customer needs at all time. All our guests have comments about how good it looks. The final product really exceeded my expectations. Like all projects there were some complications related to city inspections, weather problems, and last minute detail changes that extended the project longer than expected. But as I mentioned before ” The final product really exceeded my expectations”. I’m pleased with his work and I recommend his services. /Angel”
